Over 4 weeks, you’ll come to know and trust your own pace, your own creative path and your own soft, yet potent way of bringing your work into outward expression. You’ll learn how to offer your work from wholeness, overflow and the gentle simplicity of staying true to your authentic gifts., as you gently release the misaligned paths, practices and beliefs that you have unconsciously absorbed as objective truth from conventional business and online realms.
You’ll be guided to dissolve patterns of over-function (over thinking, over working, over giving, over analysing), and instead come back to a more gentle and simple path, where you can still honour and be in the depth of your nature and heart, but not feel heaviness, tightness and tiring obligation around your work.
You’ll come to see the ways it does not serve your sensitivity or your heart to perceive your work as a heavy obligation you must martyr yourself to. And you’ll see why you withdraw rather than thrive, when you believe you must step into intense all-or-nothing approaches to business.
You’ll be nurtured through self doubt and the waves of 'This doesn't matter, this isn't important, this work is not good enough’, and discover how the flow and natural magnetism of your work increases when you create from wholeness, not scarcity, urgency and pressure. You’ll be supported through the vulnerable, often energetically-intense process of birthing your own heart-felt work in the world, as you learn to honour your process through a natural, rhythmic approach to creation, rather than forcing or over-strategising output.
You’ll discover how to create, share and sell in a way that feels like peace and naturalness, rather than striving and constantly losing yourself in holes of ‘trying to figure it all out.’ You’ll be given simple shifts that help you gain momentum on your work and inspire you to create, while nourishing your sensitive, feminine nature. Everything I teach in Her Gifts has arisen from my own experiences as a solopreneur/creative, alongside my years supporting sensitive, creative, feminine-oriented women through my mentoring, writing and courses. Through this, I have seen how easy it can be for sensitive, deep thinking women to unconsciously turn their depth of thought, inner complexity, deep feeling nature and natural gifts into over function, confusion and self doubt when they begin interfacing their creativity and gifts with the outer world of clients/customers, sales, marketing and online visibility.
Going from a full-time teaching career, into creating and selling my own work (in a more unconventional field), I have seen the identity shift that must occur to move from ‘the worker’ to ‘the creative’, where we come to trust and value ourselves, our ideas and our paths, without waiting for external permission. I have always felt the longing to bring my work into the world in a way that feels genuinely my own, and found that I did not resonate with many of the paths presented. In particular, the more all-encompassing spiritual/heart-led paths that initially seemed like a better fit for my nature and work, did not hold the lightness and simplicity that I actually needed to bring my work into outward expression- something I also see with a lot of women I work with.
Because of my past experience as a qualified teacher with a Master of Education, I have spent years understanding how people actually learn, including what supports genuine integration and what stumbling blocks often come up in the process of learning and creation. In particular, I have seen how sensitive, deep thinking women are so often taught to override their pace, receptivity and ‘feeling knowledge’ through conventional education systems, leaving them doubting their own creative cycles, gifts and potential when they step into a more creative path in adulthood.
With so much noise in the outer world, particularly in the online space, sensitive women can often close down from overwhelm, instead of knowing that there is a way for them to share their gifts gently, gracefully and in their own distinct way.
‘Her Gifts’ is designed with all of this in mind- not just in terms of what is being taught, but in how the course is paced and offered, so that it best supports the sensitive, deep thinking, creative women it is designed to nourish.

This course is best suited for women solopreneurs who are creating offerings, services or creations where they have an intent to receive income for their work.
Part of the challenge for sensitive women, is the movement from internal ideation, to creating something that is intended to be valued monetarily and received by others. So while you don’t need to be selling anything right now, this course is more specifically for women who would like to receive income through offering their gifts to others. This does not have to look like a conventional, all-encompassing business, but it does require a shift from creating for purely personal expression, to cultivating and offering your gifts in a way that can provide value for others.

This course is designed to work with you at any stage. I have worked with women who are just beginning to offer their work, as well as women who have been creating their work/business for far longer than me. What these women have in common, is their desire to do things in a way that actually feels nourishing and true to them- not stampeding over their nature and heart to succeed, but also not allowing their depth, complexity and heart to keep them in more “heart and soul led” patterns of over function.
You may be in the beginning stages of offering something- a course, a newsletter, a 1:1 service, an ebook, a PDF guide or something else that you have ideated. Or, you may be further into your business/ body of work creation/service, but are finding that things are feeling heavy and not in alignment with your nature. This is not a step-by-step ‘how to’ course on how to create, share and sell something. It assumes that you have been circling in the creative/business space for at least a little time- and you don’t need a linear, mapped out plan, but rather, guidance that helps you to trust yourself, your work and your nature, as you move forward in offering your gifts to the world.

Her Gifts was designed as the natural extension to Her Song. In Her Song, the sensitive, creative woman softens into her inward journey, as she rebuilds the internal foundations, reclaims her feminine soul, and comes to know and trust in her own beautiful and creative way of being.
Her Gifts then helps her to bring her remembered self outward, through the expression of her gifts. She is guided to offer her work from wholeness, at her own pace, in her own way, learning how to remain steady in herself and her work, as she learns how to engage with the more outward world of business and creation.
You are welcome to enrol in Her Gifts without having completed Her Song- but if you would like to nourish your internal foundations more deeply, or you are not sure yet what you want to begin offering through a creative business Her Song may be the best place to start.

No. You do not need to attend anything live. You can receive the content and go through it as it arrives, or take it at your own pace beyond the 4 weeks.
