general enquiries
If you have an enquiry, question or would like to connect, please use the form at the bottom of this page. I reply to enquiries once a week so please allow up to 10 business days for a response. If you are enquiring about a course, it is greatly appreciated if you can first read all information on the course page carefully to ensure the answer to your question is not already there.
course enrollee enquiries
All of my courses are hosted on a secure course platform, Podia, which means that any issues are very unlikely- but if anything does spring up please know that it will be resolved as soon as I see your email. You can also head to the Podia customer guides page, where you’ll find clear and guided support for most common queries, including resetting your username/password.
course access
If you are wanting to log in to a past course/resource that is no longer available to purchase on my website, you can still do so using the ‘sign in’ button on the website menu. Please note that access to Growing a Business Without Social Media and Content that Connects officially closed on the 22nd of February 2026- I have continued to leave these open to access for now, but please do download anything you wish to keep as soon as possible.
downloading courses
Audio courses you have purchased can be downloaded to your own device by going into each module and downloading the individual module/class you would like to keep. Pleae note that all ‘Her Song’ enrollees receive a PDF of all course content at the end of the 28 days that you can download directly to your device. All current course purchases offer you 6 month access via your Podia course portal- If you wish to keep anything beyond this time, you must ensure you have downloaded the content to your own device.
